Leaf Home Safety Solutions LLC leased 7,348 square feet of office and warehouse space in Trinity West Business Park Building A, 2550 114th St., in Grand Prairie. Michael Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
Give Clean Texas leased 4,768 square feet of industrial space at 2833 Trinity Square in Carrollton. Jessica Reinhardt and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates DFW negotiated the lease with Jim Breitenfeld of Sidecar Commercial Real Estate.
